One of my friend will travel to Australia (Melbourne) as an international student and he has BSc in Electrical eng and will continue his education at MSc Telecommunication ,He like to know can he fine a job in Melbourne or surrounding area in his field or not ?

www.seek.com.au Australia's biggest job seeker website. He can search by position, industry, state, company, etc.
Even if there are no specific jobs for him listed he can subscribe to be updated about future positions, or it will at least give him an idea of market rates and comditions for jobs with his particular qualifications

you guys can apply australia holiday working visa can stay up to a year and after then can re-apply another year for the working visa again after you work 2-3 month farmer job. and you guys can travel the whole australia. but melborne is really a nice place, is my favor state in australia, people is friendly and easy to get a job.

Perth or Brisbane are the best places for an electrical engineer. Especially for power rather than communications
