Mt Buller,

This is located around 3 and a half hours drive by car north east of Melbourne (Victoria).
to get there just head north towards Wangaratta and turn right-follow the signs to Bright and your almost there, has great snow coverage during winter-both man made and real stuff and along with great skiing and snowboarding makes for an ideal destination within Australia for any ski holiday.

cheers.

It is in Victoria near to Melbourne and it's better to book your accommodation package before you go during winter as it will be very crowded and most of the lodges are full. It's famous for International Snow Ski competition.
