where can i rent a car from in melbourne if im under 21?

i need to rent for a day, and im having serious trouble finding a company who will let people under 21 rent - SERIOUS answers only - I HATE gettin answers from people who don't know what they were talking about or say thing like 'try thrifty car hire'.... I am new comer student in Melbourne and would like know
where can I fine cheap stuff?(clothes, food and ….)
For example, I went to the Melbourne central, a Lee trousers were around 300$ ASD!!!
I have bought the same in my country for around 30$ (I am not Chinese)
