The Boulavade in Ivanhoe- Eatern suburbs. Heaps of lights, carols and things, easily the biggest in melbourne. I think from the 16th onwards.

Generally, Australians aren't big on Christmas lights. A tree may be decorated near each local government centre. In the odd street houses are decorated externally, but it is not the "done thing" here.
People decorate their houses inside.
