I'm in a single occupancy apartment that's more like a kitchenette hotel room than a home but it is my home and I absolutely adore it's size and location and most important, I love the rent being just 350 a month. The last place I had was a roach infested cavern of a one bedroom for 550 dollars! I hated it and I was there for 2 years before I found what suited me better. They had the odasity to raise the rent to 585! I wasn't the only one to leave!
