Please try YHA (Youth Hostel Australia) - weblink provided below. They have some nice accommodations around the CBD area with affordable prices. I am assuming of course that you are travelling to Melbourne and just looking for short-term accommodation.

indexed right here are some much less high priced yet intense high quality, sparkling and neat inns close to the city of Melbourne - you could e book at Medina government South Yarra, Rendezvous Grand motel Melbourne and o.ok. On Lonsdale.
