Where do I go to apply for a US Passport in Phoenix, Arizona?

I want to travel out of the country but I don't know where to apply for a US Passport. The Post Office? The Library? or do I need to go to some court?

US citizens can apply at the post office and must provide a certified copy of their birth certificate to prove their citizenship.
