I'm filipino american, I'm trying to understand more about who I should bless. Usually I make mano to my lolo or lola or any other elder. Is it ok If I bless my tita? or should I just give a besso? what about my Tito's? Usually I give them a hand shake, should bless my eldest tito? or should I bless all titos?

someone make me understand please.

I usually visit thailand 3 times a year and enjoy Pattaya and Phuket also koh Samui,but have gotten interested in visiting the Phillipines i would like to know which of the beaches is similar to Pattaya mostly for beautiful girls and low beer prices,those fillipino girls look awesome.

I left when I was 3 year old and cannot speak tagalog, but I can understand most of the language. I went to the philippines last month and I was afraid to speak english because people will start talking about me and their nose might bleed if they continue to speak english with me.

My question is, how do filipino people feel about filipino americans that cannot speak tagalog?

from my perspective, I felt ashamed that I couldnt speak the native language and the filipinos look to me like I am a disgrace to the filipino race.
