Im am trying to locate either a hotel or a resort neer the Umbrela rock formations in Bobuy (Boboy) in the Province of Pangansinan In the Philippines

Your best bet is to stay in the town of Alaminos, Pangasinan. While you're there, you can also see Hundred Islands.
