I think you will find it difficult do it here in the Philippines. I have heard some foreign women taking off their tops in Cebu and Bohol beaches. It scandalized the local community, most of which are still conservative. The community later banned such nudity in beaches. That incident happened around year 1998. I am not sure now if they are more open to the idea with the influx of more tourists. Try asking your travel agent about it, if they can find an isolated place or island in the Philippines were you can go nude.

I am from the Philippines and have travel many places in the country... i live 5 min walk from the beach but i have not heard of nudist place in the Philippines. If there are.... probably i have not just heard about it..... but here in the Philippines... being nude in public is a taboo..... it means police might catch you because it is written in our law here that it is illegal.... it means public scandal.... Philippines still hold on to "morals" in terms of displaying themselves in public.....sad to say... sorry....

Yes, I did, In this afternoon. at West end of Puka beach( most of visits will go East part of Puka beach, will be a shame such a pretty beach not a dress code optional. I saw few topless girl in the water on the way to the west end. Very nice and quiet. Yes, few local guys are watch, I don't care, Saw a "No Entry" sign on the beach. Not look like a official sign at all, Just step into this one of most beautiful part of Puka Beach. Photo attached

We did it on Malapascua at about 2 AM when the electric fan went out. Finally noticed half the island was actually sleeping outside and wife dropped her watch in the surf. So not so much fun.

i think there is no such beach here in the philippines. it's because the filipinos are still a bit conservative and being nude in beaches is still a taboo here.
