i have sent them lots of emails and have telephoned them many times i was promised my refund in 12-15 days that was in april there email and telephone lines are useless how can i get my money back?

We are scheduled to fly those 2 routes in August. I've looked at airlinequality.com and there are no reviews on that route.

Have YOU flown either route, or do you know of a website that has a review of either route? If so, post immediately!

What is the worst airline you've ever used? For me it's US Airways...they stranded us in Charlotte and refused to pay for a hotel room for the night, even though we missed our connection due to the fact the plane had to divert to another airport because someone miscalculated and didn't get enough fuel in DC. They also "lost" our reservation on the way back from that trip and we had to spend over an hour arguing with the people at the check in counter to get on the plane.

What is the worst part of flying in your opinion? For me it has to be a tie between boarding behind a jerk who's bringing the biggest carry on they could fine and taking 20min to stuff it in the bin, and long layovers late when everything in the airport is closed!

I purchased a roundtrip ticket from Dallas, Tx to Manila,Philippines. Used the Dallas-Manila portion but didn't use the return. The ticket was purchased from a travel agency. I missed my flight because my wife got pregnant. I was planning on staying only 6months, but now I've almost been here for a year. Can I apply my unused portion for a round trip? It should be around 600-700 dollars credit. Pls help. Any suggestions are appreciated.
