Is this an island you can say you never complained about going to? Why is it pure luxury and does the cost deter people from going or not?

Dominican Republic: Casa de campo (La Romana), Puerto Plata, Sombrero beach, long beach, La Ensenada, and I maybe need a lot of space to keep on going.

Well, there are "many" such islands in the Caribbean and I don't think I could pick out just one? They're all so different, and yet so similar at the same time?!
