i have sent them lots of emails and have telephoned them many times i was promised my refund in 12-15 days that was in april there email and telephone lines are useless how can i get my money back?

Are you sure that you were supposed to get a refund? A lot of air is not refundable. They may have told you that would be getting money back, but you may not be supposed to get any.
Searching with the BBB, I wasn't able to find any results.
Since you can't get a response to e-mails and you aren't getting anywhere with the phone, it sounds a little fishy to me. However, this is a common problem with some of the online discounters, refunds are often never received.
The best thing is to continue to pursue the refund and hope for the best.
