Just wondering if anyone who has been before can give me a bit of advice. We are going All Inclusive, allocation on arrival so not sure of resort yet. Just wondering if theres anywhere we should go & what to watch out for, also what will the weather be like then?

I am thinking of going to SA this summer, probably Johannesburg. The usual airline search services return nothing under $1700 for roundtrip. I don't care about the number of stops.

Hi. We are coming back home after a few years in the UK, and so looking forward to South Africa again, both the lifestyle and to make a difference! We are hoping to settle in the George area in the Cape, but obviously depends on jobs. Does anyone know of any recruitment agencies for accountants/financial managers in the area? Any other areas you would suggest - want to be near a reasonable size city, but not the big places like Jhb or Cape town.

OK, I know the whole situation in South Africa, with Apartheid, the ANC etc. this isn't a racial remark or anything.

But it struck me as interesting question, Nelson Mandella, Oliver Tambo and so on, were terrorists back in the day. Why are we praising them? why does Oliver Tambo have an AIRPORT named after him, when he was responsible for the Pretoria car bombings in 1983?

Why does the world view Nelson Mandela as such a 'great' person, yet he was a terrorist?

Why isn't Osama Bin Laden viewed as a great man? it's the same principale!

Please explain.

does anybody think it will be safe if i go to lebanon this summer? i was supposed to go last summer but the war started just a few days before i was supposed to leave. i really miss my family and i want to see them...and yea also party cuz i love beirut. please let me know, especially people who are living there now. if i go, i would mainly be in aley...which im sure is much safer than other areas.

anybody been on birthright israel? how old are the particpants generally? the trip is from 18 -26 yrs old but i heard that may are in their 20's and i feel too young to go now and rather wait.
i have been on the march of the living last year and thought i wanted to do birthright right after now that i am 18 but i am having second thoughts and want to wait. while you're at it, how was the trip? was it simialr to the march itself? and also, when should i go?

Anyone can help with ideas for creating logos or icons for the following:

1-UAE Music
2-Moroccan Music
3-Lebanese Music

just a symbol, a unique (well known) thing for each country of the above, even if it has nothing to do with music.
for example, fo egyptian music, using pyramids would be expressive as there will be no words, just an icon or a logo.
