i'm going through jfk airport to lagos. do they label my luggage once i declare it at jfk

Have written permission that you are allowed tp carry a weapon. Pack weapon securely in fiber, wood or metal box. Report carrying a weapon BEFORE you check in. Keep Bullets separat. The suitcase with the weapon will be checked in separatly and marked. You might have to face a security questioning. But if you are authorized to carry a weapon, it should be okay.

Don't know anything about bringing in a weapon to Nigeria

good luck you you'd better call the airport before u go and ask someone who knows because you could get arrested on the spot.
