I plan to go snorkeling and maybe Snuba in Kauai this spring. Are flash cameras allowed underwater? Are they needed? I'm sure that especially when snuba-ing a flash would fill out and highlight the fishies and coral, etc. Does it scare the fish? Any other advice would be great.

I think they wonderjock is great. I don't think there's nothing to be ashamed for wearing it. With briefs, the testicles go mostly in between your legs. The wonderjock doens't let your tescticles be in between your legs, it puts them all in the front. It separates and lifts, there's no padding whatsoever, so it's all YOU.

I just want to know, wouldn't it be great if Speedo would use that technology on its competitive swim briefs?

I'm about 5' 6.5 and 140lbs and I've been swimming on a swim team for about 2 and a half months and my weight has not budged! The work outs are pretty intense as I'm usually dead tired when we're done. (about 1.5-2 hours) I'm not gaining muscle either b/c my pants size has stayed the same. Why aren't I loosing weight?

I lifeguard at 2 swimming pools. At the YMCA no t-shirts are allowed in the deep end, and only white shirts are allowed in the shallow end ("so the dye doesn't interfere with the chemicals in the pool.") At the school district pool, girls are required to wear a t-shirt if they come to their swim lesson in a two-piece swimsuit. ("It should be long enough to cover their belly and it better not be a white t-shirt because that's not very modest for an active swim lesson.") I find it hard to enforce two such different sets of rules.

I have never been snorkeling before but will have a chance to next month in Florida. Do they have any masks that can be used with glasses? Or do you have to have prescription lense inserts made.
