NO, girls do not get in trouble for adjusting any part of their swim suit. I believe people have answered this question (or a similar one) for you several times, and the answer is still no. If a girl started taking off her bathing suit while on deck with nothing covering her, maybe someone would say something to her, but they wouldn't be able to disqualify her from a race she had already swam.

no, mostly they have to "adjust" cause female suit are designed to be tight in all areas and if they stretch, then bewbies might need to be re-adjusted to fit back into the suit comfortably. a common occurance, you get used to seeing it.
