Because there's a freshman who went a 4:55 500 at my school, and I'm too busy congratulating him. And theres a freshman at our rival school who went a 4:45, so stop thinking you're great, because you're not.

Well if you want to be a cocky SOB about it i'll tell you why. Your school record isn't all that fast, it should be well below 5 minutes. At my school you wouldn't have even have beaten the girls record, so here's a suggestion for you. Get over yourself, realize that there are people who are far better than you can ever hope to be, and get back to work.
