Hear there are deseases you can get from contact lens and swimming but what about rain or the shower etc.


Have head people suggest goggles or diving masks but really.


Say if you were going to go sufing you could not leave the hotel, and walk down the street in your mask or goggles and when you go swimming most of the time your goggles are off. You only put them on when you are aswimming underwater or face in water.


And what if at an outdoor pool you look a complete dork of you are walking around the pool with your gogles or diving mask on.

Soft contacts Ive used before didn't come out and with disposibvles can you through them out after.?

Most guys wear boardshorts so they don't wear anything else over them. Since speedo jammers are tight, should I wear anything over them or just walk around wearing a t-shirt and tight shorts?

I know some people dream of flying sometimes, but do non-swimmers dream of flying doing the free-style? I've been swimming all my life, and whenever I dream I'm flying, I'm doing strokes and kicking going up or down as though I were swimming. I'm on the air, but somehow I move my arms and legs in a swimming motion. I imagine non-swimmers just dream they are floating.

I wonder, do other swimmers dream of flying doing a free-style swimming technique, or am I the only one?

ok so i have passed all of the lifeguard test except one. its when you have to save a victim with a head,neck or back injury using a head chin support. first off i have to dive underwater, grab the victim and turn them to face upward, then swim with them to shallow water.


its hard for me to swim straight with the victim on their right side after i flip them is there any advice?

I usually swim breaststroke, but I'd like to start with front crawl as well. But my kick is really bad. I also tried the dolphin kick, and I hardly advance at all.
