Other than buying a specialized product, you have 2 other options. You can spit and rub it into the goggles and rinse, or cut a potato in half, rub it into the goggles, rinse. All 3 methods are taught in basic SCUBA diving.

New goggles should be thoroughly (a minute or two) scrubbed with toothpaste. Then when you get in the water spit & rub the goggles and briefly dip them in the water.
There are defogging solutions available in sport stores, but at least for diving goggles I have not found them to be too effective.

As a SCUBA diver, the two best defoggers I use is the stuff you can buy from a dive shop or toothpaste. Just rub it on the inside and rinse it off. Spitting in them does work, but it is not the best solution.

when they get to foggy dip them under the water and this really works ..... Spit in them if you dont want to stop all thetime or to spit in your goggles either dont wear any deal with it or try getting some of those no fog goggles that really actually dont work

You can either spit in them, as suggested by scuba divers, or use anti-fog drops (available in most sporting goods stores). TYR makes a good one, and it's usually less than $3 or $4.

Barbasol shave cream (not gel), it will also keep your bathroom mirrors from fogging up as well.
