I thing Matt Hughes is going to beat the crap out of BJ Penn, specially since he is only fighting because Georges St Pierre injured himself. Who do you think will win?

I read that it was the guy that introduced Bruce Lee into grappling. I read they became friends on the Green Hornet show. Supposedly, that guy got Steven Seagal in a choke

It looks so easy but lots of people who train have problems with this. I can do a normal playground style forward roll but the karate style one seems as though you're just gonna end up crashing into the floor! Has anyone got any tips on how to do one well?

I'm talking about the one where your head cant touch the floor and you roll over with your arm making contact with the floor. Looks so easy and no doubt it but i'd appreciate some help, only tried several times and i end up on my *** most of the time!

I have my own opinions, but I'd just like to hear the opinions of some of the folks out there (preferably people who HAVE studied Martial Arts with at least one year of experience, and not anyone who has never devoted any real time to Martial Arts)

Sarcastic answers will get a bad rating from myself when I read it, this also goes for non constructive bulls**t answers that're WAY off the point.

so come on fellow Martial Artists I'd like to hear your views.

Hey all im trying to find a site in which i can find free curriculums for martial arts. More over for BJJ, Grappeling, & Muay Thai. I have tried bit-torrent but cant find them. Anyone know of a good site that doesnt charge for this kind of thing. Im trying to get an idea of how to design mine for my school.
