Does anyone else find it suspicious that for the second time in her short pro career she has been caught by cameras or spectators NOT assessing herself appropriate penalties?

For the second time (see quote below) she explained that its a good learning experience and then again reminded us she's only 16 - apparently old enough to get $10M from Nike, but not old enough to be expected to know the rules of golf. Hmm....

Michelle's quote:

Well, I knew I hit the moss, but I guess I knew the rule wrong," Wie said. "I always knew from the time I started playing golf that if you swing through it, it would be OK. I knew I hit the moss but I guess I knew the rule a little bit differently. "So it's a good learning experience. But I'm only 16."

Is it ok to drop the ball behind the water or do you have to tee the shot up again from the tee box? I am just learning to play so I am not sure how I am suppose to be playing this. Thanks for your answers. I know you have to take a one stroke penalty.

I am a righty. When I try to aim left to compensate, one of two things happen. I severely hook it to the left, or my slice seems to slice even further to the right. Hitting it straight is not even an option here. What's up with that?????

I'm taking my wife and step-daughter on our first family trip to Reddington Beach, Fla. I won't have anybody to play with, so i'll prolly get paired up. I don't wanna spend a lot of money to possibly play with hacks or rude people. maybe $30-50 range?

when I take a practice swing it always feels good, then when the time comes to hit the ball something makes me change and I hit the ball poorly a lot of times.
