Depends on the following factors
Type of lies you plan to hit out of - Not a lot of grass around the greens, hard ground or not a lot of sand in the bunker - require less bounce.

High grass and soft sand you need more bounce

Loft what type bunkers - high lips or low lips
elevated greens

See if the pro shop has some demos you can hit

Choose whatever suits you the best. Most people reach for the 60 degree when in the bunker but a 56 is also widely used. It really depends upon the situation and what it is that you need to do. Is there a high lip that you forces you to get the ball straight up and down or do you plan on rolling the ball bit once out of the bunker?

Personally I carry a 60, 56, and a 52 in my bag. Titleist Vokey Wedges but it all comes down to personal preference. Try out a bunch of different shots with different lofts and see what suits you the best.

54 or 55 degrees is a standard SW loft, bounce is usually around 8-10 degrees. 56 would be acceptable as a SW but getting it with a lower bounce like 6-8 degrees would make it more versatile. the 58 would be considered a high lob wedge for ranges less than 60 yards. if you can use it great, if not, then you're better off not getting one.

well you really want to space out your wedges to allow you to handle diffrent situations. like you dont want to have a 60 degree lob and a 58 sand so i would go with the 56 for the swedge the bounce really depends on the conditons that you play on. a higher bounce is better for lose or wet ground and the low bounce is for a really firm course so the club wount skip off the surface and skull the ball.

Any of them. With bounce from 10 upward. I use 56 with 14 bounce. Don't try to hit it from tight lie though, you'll top the ball.
