Football - December 2006

It seems to me that almost all of the rule changes in football have favoured the rich clubs over the poorer ones to the overall detriment of the game, the substitute rule being one.
The very rich clubs can fill the bench with top class players where the smaller clubs cannot compete.
The result is an ever widening gap between top and bottom clubs.
In fact I'm surprised that the European Commission hasn't jumped on the major clubs for forming an illegal cartel.
That's my view what's your's?

My son is keen to learn to play football, he went to a summer school run by a fleet football team and was signed up for the nursery team, but it was cancelled as they couldn't find anyone to run it. We're looking for somewhere around Aldershot, Farnham, Frimley,Farnborough, camberley area.
Would be very greatful for any help

I don't support the gunners but i think Gilberto is a very good player and captain. Now than Henry is injured people r realising how good he is. I also think he is a much better captain than Henry. Although henry is a good player.
