well I think I would've given the golden ball to Ceara, the Internacional defender (RB) because he did so well marking Ronaldinho in the final game. I am a Barcelona fan though and hope we can win the CL again this yr and go back there and win tht cup! ppl pay attention the question is asking the best player in the CLUB world cup not the Germany 2006 world cup.

Portugal didn't win the trophy in Germany...but with Cristiano Ronaldo,Luis Figo and Deco they show us a very beautiful football....so Cristiano Ronaldo is for sure!

I don't think there really was one player that stood out, except maybe Germany's Klose. Michael Ballack is usually my favorite player, but he wasn't in form last summer.
