If you're serious about playing professional football then I suggest you go for a smaller club at first then work your way up.

ya man get a deal with a smaller club in saudia arabia or jordan, then go for bigger clubs in saudia arabia, like al intihad then maybe england clubs will look at you, remember many good players play for al intihad like borgetti, and figo might move to this club so you got a good chance taht england clubs will look at you. good luck bro

you probably mean Arsenal-England
If so, then you must be discovered by theirs scouts,or apply directly at their stadium in person they do have school of football,that is a best chance to try,hope this explains for you...
