That's the Browns for ya, always making everything difficult. I think they will be the cause of my first heart attack.

Indians and Buckeyes may cause a couple of others and cholesterol the rest.

in all seriousness, they played well despite a couple of drops from Braylon.

What are your thoughts about the Browns yesterday?

With Trent Dilfer being knocked out of the game on Sunday, and Alex Smith possibly done for the season, the 49ers may need at least a #2 quarterback for this upcoming weekend. I'm just curious to know if there is anyone with any kind of a resume who might be available.

The Bills are in the running for the wildcard and Pittsburgh plays a tough team in Jacksonville.

They could tie for the division lead with PIT, even though the Steelers have the tiebreaker. Two games after that though and anything could happen. Cleveland Browns Stadium will be rocking with me in the stands, that's for sure! I'm hoping for a blizzard on the shores of Lake Erie to make it interesting.

Now that the Patriots exposed them, what about the matchup of Stellers vs. Jacksonville? Will they "guarantee" a win?

I know that Bill Bellichick wants payback against that scumbag Eric Mangini. The Jets started the fire and now Bellichick has to put out the flames.

Or is it because Anthony Smith has a BIG FAT MOUTH and the Patriots were eager to shut it?

They alternate between winning by 40 and losing by 40. They play tough against Green Bay, Pittsburgh, and Jacksonville... then they get killed by Oakland and Detroit... and now they beat Kansas City by 34. I just can't figure them out.

What's with the inconsistency?

There was some piss poor officiating.

It seemed to be mostly against the Lions but there were a couple of bad calls against the Cowboys too.

Before people get all pissed off I'm not a fan of either team, I just though it was a poorly officiated game.

College football is still the most real & pure form of the sport out there. It's not tained by overpaid prima-donnas or the marketing machine of the NFL. Sure, there's some schools that have a negative impact on college football (USC, ND, Penn State, Miami, most of the SEC), but overall, one cannot beat the pagentry, history & feel of college football.

My question is: why are you watching the pros, when you should be watching college football?

Would you bench some starters for the last few games in order to be fresh for the playoff run or would you go full speed ahead in order to assure your 16-0 season?

Many people who responded to my question last week, were pretty sure they would play on the 5th with home field advantage versus the 6th, but they lost yesterdays game, so this has me slightly worried. I have an event I am throwing and do not want it to coincide with their home field game. Could someone tell me what my odds are for them to play the 5th versus the 6th?

How can the Texans keep starting Matt S over Sage R? Sage just beat Tampa Bay yesterday. Schaub is overrated, Sage Rosenfels is the obvious choice, he's winning games for the Texans.
Do you think Schaub was a mistake and overrated?

There is a lot of talk about how certain college (system)QBs wont excel in the NFL because of the offense their team currently uses (spread.) However to me the current NFL offense isn't too far off from being a spread offense; what is the difference & what exactly is it called (west coast?) Note: I am more a fan of college fb than NFL.

they'll have the home field advantage up to the conference championship and i understand there is a high probability of snow in their stadium at the time of the playoff.

they have a superb passing game but almost non-existent ground game.

Looks like the Steelers #1 defense had inflated stats against sub .500 teams. When they finally played a good team even knowing the Pats would pass they couldn't stop them.
