Shannon Sharpe will be when he is eligible, he has most of the records for a tight end plus 3 superbowl titles.
Sterling was great for a few years, but did not play long enough to put up hall of fame numbers due to injury. I think it was a neck or back injury. It is too bad, but he does not belong in the Hall.
