There was some piss poor officiating.

It seemed to be mostly against the Lions but there were a couple of bad calls against the Cowboys too.

Before people get all pissed off I'm not a fan of either team, I just though it was a poorly officiated game.

I agree it might not have, but it could have, they missed 2 pass interference calls against the Cowboys,

Yes, the spotting of the ball on the Barber run to out of bounds. For 1. they gave him almost 3 extra yards from where is foot was out of bounds. Not only that, they decided to give the cowboys a chance to catch their breath while they reviewed the spot. His foot was well short of the 10 yard line and yet they still gave it to them on the 8. Even Joe and Troy thought the spot was going to change. Then when it didn't they had to start back peddling on it.

the obvious pass interference on the pass over the middle near the end of the first half. Bad call. Referee #34 was barking at Kitna on that one.

to paraphrase a few Raven players. it's tough enough to beat the other team, let alone having to beat the referees too.

the Lions should have won. they let the cowboys back in. Did the refs change the outcome. Probably not, but it still frustrating for Lion fans.

The game was so intense in the last min i thought the cowboys were going to lose but in the end romo sure knows how to pull them back. And as a cowboys fan the refs did miss those two calls on pass interference but who cares the games over the cowboys won. 12-1!!!

The Lions did everything but win the game. It should have never come down to a missed field goal...Detroit dominated the game until the last couple of drives and couldn't put Dallas away. These are the games that bad clubs end up losing every time.

I didn't care who won either but saw the game and so agree. I'm not sure the outcome would have changed but who knows. And how about that guy on the lions that did fall on the fumble at the end of the game? He tryed to pick it up and kicked it back to dallas. He totally lost the game for the Lions.

Officials are going to miss atleast one call in every game. They aren't perfect. But, the game was not decided by the officiating.
