I mean, I am going to play football next season, and yes, I am a girl. I hope when I go to college I can play on that team too. I don't get what some have against girls playing the game of football! I am tougher than 98% of the guys I have ever met.

Guys especially; What is so wrong with girls playing?

Why do people love Tom Brady and the Pat's? To be honest, Brady should have never won his 1st Super Bowl. He fumbled against the Raiders - they should have exiting the playoffs then ... the Pat's were beat. Due to a horrible call by the official (his arm was not in motion), they stayed alive, and Brady went on to win his 1st Super Bowl.

Everything Brady and the Pat's have become, has happened AFTER that bad call. What if? How would have "the butterfly effect" changed the Patriots? What do you think?

Mario Williams is playing like a number 1 pick already. I mean 13 sacks this season and 9 sacks the last 5 games including last night's 3 sacks.

For starting Kevin Jones over Brian Westbrook. Jones plays SD and Westbrook plays Dallas. Dallas has a much better run D than SD. And Westbrook only had 63 yrds the last time they played this year. Am I Crazy?

The Patriots are on the verge of locking up home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs, including having a first-round bye week. The Patriots are on pace to break records. They're on pace to score more points than any team's ever scored in a single season. QB Tom Brady is on pace to break Peyton Manning's record for most touchdown passes in a single season. And wide receiver Randy Moss is on pace to break Jerry Rice's record for most touchdown receptions in a single season.
Not to mention all of the other great players they have.
This team has a lot of talent and a great coach like Belichick.
If Dallas, Indy, Pittsburgh, and the Ravens cannot stop them, then the question is: WHO CAN STOP THE PATRIOTS FROM HOISTING ANOTHER VINCE LOMBARDI TROPHY??
If you REALLY think the N.E. Patriots will lose along the way, which team do you think will beat them?
How far do you think they'll go this year? AFC Championship?
Make it to the Superbowl?
OR WINNING IT ALL ?!?

He was already a legend when he took the job, but I think that by the end of last year he acted like he was tired and the game had passed him by. He seemed to have lost some of his touch and couldn’t get out of the first round of the playoffs. The Cowboys’ success this season however is certainly testament to his football acumen. So my question is: Is the Parcells legacy better or worse off for having coached the Cowboys?

I'm a Chiefs fan. The best coach was Hank Stram, without a doubt. I think the worst coach in Chiefs history was Frank Gansz. Herm the Worm is making a real run at that title, though.

This question might be a little tougher for teams like the Steelers that have had very few head coaches, but who all have been pretty good.

I'm in Nashville. Last night a high school here had Pacman Jones as the featured speaker for its sports baquet. He told them "I've made alot of mistakes...". No kidding!
If you were a parent, would you want him to be the featured speaker?

What players in the NFL do you think constantly whine and complain about things to get more attention for themselves? What player can you absolutely not stand because of their unecessary whining?

Let's cast our minds back to the spring of 2006, in the weeks leading up to the draft. The then Houston GM held a press conference during which he praised Mario Williams, and stated that he would have been far and away the best player available if it wasn't for Reggie Bush.

Of course, when Casserly agrees terms with Williams and then selects him with the 1st overall pick, everyone thought he was on crack or something. Not least the Houston fans, who, unsurprisingly, wanted hometown hero Vince Young.

Things got worse when Williams didn't come storming out of the blocks last season, whilst Bush had a year that showed promise for the future, with Young taking home Offensive Rookie of the Year honours. The so-called media experts began to second-guess Houston over their choice...but what a turnaround.

After taking his growing pains, Williams looks as if he is going in the right direction, building on the early promise showed in him by Casserly...

More to follow...
