That's tricky. He did rebuild this team but in the end, he didn't utilize the players correctly.
I have to say that it's a push. It shows that he can still rebuild a franchise but it also shows that he's not willing to set his pride aside and use his players correctly.

I think it's better because you can make the argument that Parcells' work with the Cowboys last year, molding them into what they currently are, was cruicial in getting the 12 - 1 result Cowboy fans are currently enjoying.

I think it is better off because he built that Cowboys team. He brought in the right players, with the exception of T.O. (Jones), and had the right foundation. His legacy might have been better in Dallas if he would have played Romo from the start of last year.

I really do not think it affects it to much. If anything it helps because when he toke over they were not all that great. He molded them into a great team and just look at them now. Most people will not remember him with Cowboys when his career is looked back on though, besides TO and Him arguing.

Both. But I do think this year the Seahawks will make "Butterfingers"(Romo) loose the ball again in the first round of the playoffs and they will not make it to the Super Bowl.

Hurt. This is basically the same team from last year and look at them now. He may have built it, but he couldn't coach it.

One bad stint in Dallas does not erase all the good he did for the Giants, Patriots, etc.
There are other factors such as upper management, players, etcetera.
