The Patriots are on the verge of locking up home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs, including having a first-round bye week. The Patriots are on pace to break records. They're on pace to score more points than any team's ever scored in a single season. QB Tom Brady is on pace to break Peyton Manning's record for most touchdown passes in a single season. And wide receiver Randy Moss is on pace to break Jerry Rice's record for most touchdown receptions in a single season.
Not to mention all of the other great players they have.
This team has a lot of talent and a great coach like Belichick.
If Dallas, Indy, Pittsburgh, and the Ravens cannot stop them, then the question is: WHO CAN STOP THE PATRIOTS FROM HOISTING ANOTHER VINCE LOMBARDI TROPHY??
If you REALLY think the N.E. Patriots will lose along the way, which team do you think will beat them?
How far do you think they'll go this year? AFC Championship?
Make it to the Superbowl?
OR WINNING IT ALL ?!?

An excellent game by Indy in the AFC championship game would be the most likely scenario for a Pats loss, but even that is highly unlikely. Dallas, Jacksonville, Pittsburg or Green Bay are able to stop them but would require a near 'perfect storm' of Patriot mistakes combined with a flawless performance to pull it off.
I believe the Pats will win out, placing themselves amongst the best teams ever and cementing their dynasty for this decade.

I think the Patriots lose in the AFC Championship against the Colts in a rematch. Because if the Colts could've managed to keep that lead on Nov. 9 then they would have won but they didn't so no use in crying over spilled milk and just play better in the game.

Well, considering the Pats will only have to play losing teams til the playoffs, it looks like they'll make it undefeated to the playoffs. But after the Colts vs Patriots matchup during the playoffs (if it happens), that will be a different story. Besides, if it's a Pats/Packers Superbowl, they will have a run for their money.

Giants have a chance... slim but a chance...
In the playoffs- They have to get by Indy or Pittsburgh again... that will be tough.
In the BIG GAME- They would have Dallas again most likely or a very tough Green Bay.
Any of above mentioned would have a good chance of ending the "perfect" season.

If they go 19 - 0 and win the superbowl, it means my team did not win it, so I hope they get defeated!!!!!
Is it a coincedence, that since being caught filming the other teams, that the Patriots have been indestructable.

I believe if they lose a regular season game they'll win the Super bowl. But if they go 16-0,they'll lose their steam and lose to the Colts or Jaguars in the playoffs or they'll lose the Super Bowl to Cowboys or Packers.

i don't think this is the right question, the right question would be do you think they can go 19-0 NEXT season. no one can stop them this year. they will beat everyone in the postseason just like they have been beating everyone this regular season.

How many times does this question have to be asked?... just watch the damn games.... we don't know if they will go 19 and 0 until they either do or don't.... quit asking moronic questions.
