the patriots are favored by 22 on Sunday, just wondering if there have been any higher spreads on history.

i think the eagle patriot spread a couple weeks ago was 23 and it was said to be the highest

There are Two kinds of spread offenses. the NFL is currently employing multi-receiver sets giving the QB many passing options- often out of the shotgun. But it's still passing. The KEY difference is that in college it's the spread OPTION, it which the QB is also a runner. This is what has not transferred to the NFL and as long as the salaries are what they are for QB, won't ever be. All the QB you listed above are NOT running qb, but prolific PASSERS, that's the thing your missing in your argument.

Uh, yeah...I think the spread of the Pats against the Dolphins and Eagles was higher

I see your back Austin N........The highest ever was 45 points...and earlier this season the Pats were favored over the Eagles by 32 points

been higher spreads this year already.
22 is not much it seems Vegas is giving jets more credit then they have shown they deserve so far this year.
