Frame your interpretation of this question anyway you want, but try to provide a little support for your answer. For offensive linemen, I believe that Georgia would be #1 followed very closely by Florida. I have no hard statistics for this, just observation over the years--especially if you adjust to keep things relative to the state populations. Other than O-linemen, I'm not sure where I stand on the question.

the ppl who keep comparing Eli to Peyton? Why can't ppl just see their individual talent. If Eli didn't have talent - he wouldn't be a starting QB for the greatest team on earth!! = )

i'm not a big usc fan, more of a cal fan. but you know, i don't think JD booty will ever be good. because other than the heisman trophy, what did matt leinart and carson palmer have in common? they learned under norm chow, only the greatest offensive mind in college football. don't you think that will mess up JD Booty's development next year?

Oakland, Detroit, ans Tampa Bay are the three worst teams in football. If it stays like this throughout the end of the season will Troy Smith and Brady Quinn go first and second? If not then what other players will be taken really high in this years draft?

In terms of entire career. The first player I think of is Brett Favre, since he's one of the best of all time in spreading the ball around,in my opinion.

It has to be mostly recent teams since college teams have gotten so much more athletic recently.

1. 2001 Miami Hurricanes - won over Nebraska 37-14
2. 1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers - won over Florida 62-24
3. 2004 USC Trojans - won over Oklahoma 55-19
4. 1999 FSU Seminoles - won over VT 46-29
5. 2005 Texas Longhorns - won over USC 41-38 (ended 34 game win streak.)
