Oakland, Detroit, ans Tampa Bay are the three worst teams in football. If it stays like this throughout the end of the season will Troy Smith and Brady Quinn go first and second? If not then what other players will be taken really high in this years draft?

Troy Smith, is not a first-round caliber QB, and guaranteed not a Top-10 pick. That is a ludicrous statement to make, even if you don't follow the draft. The reason why?

-He's listed at 6'1 but grumblings are indicating that he is actually 5'11 and that's how he will measure at the combine. That's too small for a starting NFL QB.

-He's fast but he's nowhere near Vick/Young/McNabb. He runs around a 4.65 according to NFL Draft Countdown which will help but considering Quinn runs around a 4.7-4.8 that's not exactly in his favor.

-He has too much trouble throwing the deep ball, especially into coverage. I've seen countless times where Ted Ginn would have to SLOW DOWN, to have a chance at catching the ball. His lack of arm strength is worse than Leinart's was last year.

The top 10 prospects?
1. Brady Quinn has been widely assumed to be the best QB prospect since Carson Palmer, according to draft guru Scott Wright.
2. Calvin Johnson is more of a 1b but he's got everything you want in a WR, including a good attitude.
3. Joe Thomas a left tackle out of Wisconsin is purely dominating.
4. Adrian Peterson
5. Alan Branch
6. Leon Hall
7. Gaines Adams
8. Darrelle Revis
9. Sam Baker
10. JaMarcus Russell

I'd bet Detriot or Oakland would definitely take a QB (and if TB is #1, would trade up if TB was sure they wouldn't take the person they wanted --no QB most likely because Gruden seems like like Gradkowski). DET's Kitna is getting old, and McCown is no replacement. Oakland MIGHT be stubborn, having some faith in Aaron Brooks and claim that it's just the o-line's fault ----but likely they'll see they need a franchise QB.

my gut would say Oakland would take Troy Smith and Detroit would take Brady Quinn ---regardless of order of top 3 & who's not taken, but another part of me says Brady Quinn will be the 1st choice for both teams, as he is in a more "nfl-ready" system and doesn't have as many questions surrounding him as Smith does.

QB seems to be the need position wise (this year has been about rookie/back-up(inc. former backup ala Rivers) proving themselves, or teams who remain stuck w/crappy veterans. next I think RBs might be wanted (not so much need, but the high performance of so many backs, many teams are being carried mostly or wholey by their RBs ---every team wants a RB like that) then possibly WRs -----O-line is always something atelast half the league should take, but they are never smart enough to do that. Many people picked LBs and DBs last year, so I think most Ds are good for now (or atleast not as needy as most offenses).

Oakland: Would take Troy Smith because thats they want a Scramblin QB. That why they got Aaron Brooks who turned out to be a dud.

Detroit: Would Take B.Quinn because Kitna is old and never really was a starter. They want a Pocket QB in there system.

Tampa Bay: I can see them being the Houston Texans if they get the #1 pick in the draft. They might go for a guy like T.Ginn (WR/Retuner), Daymeion Hughes (not alot of depth at CB 1 of the top CB's in the draft), or Antoine Cason (Arizona CB that is the other top CB along with Hughes). Tampa bay really would like a good DB cause they are really struggling defending the pass.

Troy Smith will most doubtedly win the heisman as the best college athlete this year. However, the player to be picked numbr one is Brady Quinn. He is a smarter, more accurate quarterback. He can read the defenses better. Smith, though a good athlete relies mostly on his legs. He does not throw a slant route or audible much into a hot route with a blitz coming. He will be great to make a highlight film but not much else.

The two can be related to NFL quarterbacks. Brady more towards P. Manning and Tom Brady. He is a pocket passer who looks to throw the ball and make plays with his arm.

Smith more towards a Michael Vick. Agile and can move away from the pocket to make plays. Both have strong arms and are fairly accurate. However, Smith tends to look to run more. This season has been better but his head is not always up.

I think looking at the two Quinn gives you a better chance at bringing a super bowl in the long run and smith will be on sportcenters for impossible runs. Brady goes number one.

All 3 of those teams (well maybe not Tampa but I think so) are in need of a QB of the future.

My heart says Troy Smith is the best prospect but my head tells me that they will draft Brady Quinn first and Smith will go 2nd or 3rd barring any kind of other outstanding prospect that comes out in the course of the draft.

It is mainly going back and forth between Calvin Johnson, and Jamarcus Russel. Although i think the Raiders well relize that they need a QB, more then a reciever(they already have Moss and Porter) they just need someone to throw it to them, that being' Russel. But Johnson will defently be the 2nd pick in the 2007 draft right behind russel. Then Peterson after him. I cant wait to see this year's draft, it will be exciting'.

Joe Thomas - T - Wisconsin, if Houston or Arizona have the #1 pick
Brady Quinn - QB - Notre Dame, if Oakland or Detroit have the fist pick

I check a few website, and the answer also matches my personal pick

Brady Quinn (QB from Notre Dame)

One other side said it will be Joe Thomas if Detriot gets the #1 pick, other wise if Oakland gets the #1 pick, there will take Quinn.
