I'm sorry, but the Dallas Cowboys are NOT America's Team, and never were. I don't remember ever being asked to vote for who might be America's team, and I damn well wouldn't vote for them.

It should be obvious that I do not believe Dallas will win the Super bowl this year, cause you can't win if you don't play, and the Cowboys may make the playoffs, but they aren't going to last long in them. I'm glad to see Tony Romo having such a good season, but you still have Whiner Owens to play thru. The defense isn't half bad, but I'm afraid Dallas just doesn't have what it will take to make it in the playoffs. In all fairness, though, I am a (gulp) Detroit Lions fan, so what the heck do I know? Good luck anyway!

Can they win the Super Bowl?? Sure. They are definitely in a good position to take over and do so.

But it won't be easy. Especially with teams like San Diego Charges, Indy Colts, and Chicago Bears in their way.

I don't think Dallas has enough power this year to beat the teams mentioned above. At the same time, I didn't think they would be playing at the level they're playing right now. So anything is possible

yea probably, they have talent. but the AFC has dominated the NFL for a while now. AFC teams have won over 50% of the games against an NFC team. last 5 out of 6 superbowls have been won by AFC teams.
the numbers are against the NFC, the cowboys are talented, and young, and im sure they will be contenders next year more likely however as more guys mature.

I cant belive i said the cowboys are superbowl contenders, im a niners fan, and me growing up in the 90's i remember the cowboys always were the main team that kept us from going to more superbowls. so im not suppose to like the cowboys...grrr

Ummmmm.........it's a possibility!!! They have a good chance of making it to the bowl cause of the NFC being so down in the lack of good teams but anything can happen. Tha AFC is stocked and loaded to lay the smack down on the NFC in the bowls. Just remember no NFC team has won a superbowl since the Bucs and that was a while back.

AFC has been dominating interconfrence play, as it has for the last few years. The NFC is looking like Chicago is going to have the best chance to beat an AFC opponent. Sorry, don't think this is the Cowboys year.

Well lets see. They have already beating the Colts this year-- and as far as the NFC goes they look alot shaper then the bears right now, and I dont see any other NFc team knocking them off. If Romo can stay sharp and keep his cool I think they have a very good chance.
