Miguel Cotto is stepping up to the Welterweight division to fight Carlos Quintana for the vacant WBA Welterweight Championship on 12/2. Who wins each fight? Provided PBF and Cotto win their bouts, and their management teams and the promoters would quit thinking about future income and risk putting a Mayweather/Cotto fight together to unify the WBA and WBC belts does Cotto have a chance of beating PBF and if so how would Miguel beat him?(What does Cotto bring to the table?)How does Ricky Hatton fit into this equation?
