Happy hour in England was 5 till 6pm, and Muay Thai was 7 till 9pm. Surely enough time for it to 'wear off', get your kit together, and make your way there?

Wow. I thoroughly DON'T reccommend it.

Its funny at first, while people comment on how you stink of booze, but then you sweat like a pig, and sorely regret it, when the workload begins...

I have been renting the Rocky movies for my kids to watch. Besides the usual 100 questions, my son asked why they punch that thing like that. I could only name it--the speed bag, but beyond that I really don't know what it is used for. Hand-eye coordination? Punching speed? What? thanks for your answers.

Sylvester Stallone looks so flabby in the new Rocky. He looks like a typical person that stopped steroid use, like Hulk Hogan. Apollo Creed was probably clean.

I just started boxing. I have been at it for a couple of days now through a public gym. I have a trainer who is really expierienced and knows what he is doing. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on some things i could do to better my conditioning and my physique for boxing?

He possibly may have spanned into the 40's and 60's. Welterwiehgt or middleweight. A major contender, but never champion. One of the few (only?) college educated men in the ring at that time.
