I don't think so. Think about this logically. They won every other year for 9 years, totaling 4 championships. Here is a look at each championship, and why they don't add up as a dynasty.

1999 was a lock out year and they didn't even have a full season. The Spus where simply the team that had a midseason streak that year, except midseason was really the playoffs in 1999. Look at most other teams that follow their pattern of a slow start and then a hot midseason, and few actually win a championship (just look at last year's Mavericks, who had a terrible start but ended up as the first seed in the playoffs). No one stood a chance against the Mavericks last year at midseason. They would have swept their way to a championship. Too bad for them the league was stable this year.

2003- The long gap for San Antonio between 1999 and 2003 was filled by a mini-dynasty of the LA Lakers. Kobe and Shaq dominated the rest of the league in the playoffs. The Spurs can't be a (cont.)

There are alot of coaches, past and present, who have done a tremendous job of coaching the game of basketball. The I would consider as being the best of all time would be John Wooden. He was a coach that players and other coaches respected. The dynasty he built at UCLA will always be known as one of the greatest ever...

First $110 MILLION for Rashard Lewis, then $60 million for Howard. That is a lot of money. And Grant Hill's contract was worth $72 million I believe. That is a LOT of money

Who do you think the favorite is to win the 2008 NCAA men's basketball championship? I know it's a bit early to discuss, but I am already looking forward to the next season!! Please don't just name your favorite team either. Give me a solid reason in a few sentences why the team you are picking could/should win it all.

On espn he said the lakers didn't need Kevin Garnett or Jermanine O'neal the team is fine the way they are I think last year we showed how good we were before we got hurt.Hmmm lamar odom bynum or kevin Garnett hmmm thats a hard one.Anyone in there right mind would want Kevin Garnett on there team hell I would even play with Jermaine o'neal.i like luke walton but come on man the team needs improvments.I wish they could get shawn marion but i don't see it happending so I say sign matt barnes and derek fisher.

Right now the Depth chart of the Bobcats look like this:

PG: Felton
SG: Richardson
SF: Wallace
PF: May
C: Okafor

Bench: Carroll, Morrison, Dudley, Hermann, Davidson, Brezec

The Bobcats have a very strong starting line up and the line up is just one notch below the Pistons line-up. The Bobcats are a deep team. But, they have 6 swingmen and only one point guard. Their frontcourt depth is weak because Brezec and Davidson aren't that good of players. I think the Bobcats are a #5-7 seed playoff team now. I feel they need to add a PG and a PF/C for them to have a shot at the NBA Finals.
