is it true that he's gonna rejoin the L.a. lakers with a 3 year deal?

Well it is, because almost all the sources I've looked at, it said Derek fisher agreed to a 3 year deal earning a little more than 4 million in the 1st year. he will then earn about 5 million each of the next 2 years

Yes, Derek Fisher will re-join the Lakers. Fisher and the Lakers have agreed to a three-year contract worth about $13,959,000, league sources said. He asked to be released from his Utah contract so he could move to a larger city where his daughter could get adequate treatment for her eye cancer.

Not sure about the 3 year deal, but yeah, he is supposed to join the Lakers. He said he wanted to go where ever the best treatment for his daughter was. Apparently that was Los Angeles.

yes his heart is with the lakers and he probably wants to end his career there. This is sort of like grant hill wanting a championship and leaving orlando which was a pretty good team for less money to go to phoenix. However, fisher won all his championships there and he had friends there always

Id thought I never see the day when fish rejoins the lakers, but im more concerned about his daughter, I wish the best of luck for him and his daughter.

right now he just wants to make sure his daughter will be ok before he decides to continue playing or not. if los angeles can provide the necesarry medical care for her then theres a chance he will come back to the lakers unless the clippers can offer him something better. because he will need the money to pay for the best treatment his daughter can get.

I thought he was taking a break from basketball because his 11 month old daughter has cancer.
I liked him on the lakers so I hope its true.
