Are you kidding?! Redd not a starter. Redd was 5th in the league in scoring. Milwaukee is good team. They just had tons of injuries last year and slowed them down. With Bogut and Charlie V back, they have a nice starting with yi if they can get him and Redd and Mo.
Back to the question.
Seattle is obviously last. Durant is young and not ready to lead a team. they have no veterans. shaky centers. no good sg. a team that is in a total rebuilding mode. Also the West is strong every team is a playoff contender. Maybe not Minny or Memphis but alot of teams would be fighting for the 7th and 8th spot.
East I have to say Indiani. I am sure Jermaine Oneal would be traded one point throughout the season and they would have no one left... except jermaine tinsley... and that says a lot towards the future of the team

I feel Indiana is going to be the worst. Indiana did not have a pick in the 2007 draft so they are going to have pretty much the same team. Jermaine O'neal is not liking the team that well and they have done horrible the second half of the season (after the huge trade with Golden State).
2nd to last Hawks did get Al Hortford and Acie Law, but they never seem to use their rookies right. (Sheldon Williams and Marvin Williams)

Hawks. Sorry hawks fans. Your hopes are pinned on rookies again. Every one of the worst teams in the L got better except Phili and you, and Phili have more talent. The Celtics got Ray Allen, so even if it's very temporary, they will be better. Memphis get Gasol for the year. and Connelly, and Kyle Lowery will be back. Bobcats added Jason Richardson, so that should help them avoid the bottom. Bucks... hey. Everyone was injured last year. They're a good team on paper. And Portland and Seattle... we know what's happened there.

Milwaukee Bucks....Their general manager must be the dumbest person in the world....Drafting a player who before the draft he didn't want to go to milwaukee....Then giving big contracts to Michael Redd and Mo Williams...Which both wouldn't even be starters....They traded a great speedy point guard for an underachieving big guy who is injured more than active...So my answer for the worst team is the Bucks!!!

The memphis grizzlies. They were the worst team this year and all they got in the offseason is a rookie pt. guard and darko. Do i have to say anymore when Darko is your big free agent signing?

Boston Celtics. Paul Pierce and Ray Allen do not have complementary game styles. That will cause a lot of friction and one of them will be traded (probably Pierce).
