They set a record low for Game 1[6.3 11 share] and Game 2 goes against the Sopranos. Is this sport on its way to hockeyland?

When he told the Cavs that they represented the Eastern Conference. Look at the conferences and the way the series has gone.

I don't think entirely. His guys had no aggression in the first three quarters. If your guys don't show up til the 4th quarter and want to finally play as the deserving Eastern Conference Champs then your doomed. But with all that it really comes down to the X's and O's and Mike Brown:

1. No to Hughes, yes to Gibson-
2. Lebron on the bench 4 minutes into the game
3. No boxing out Spurs for rebounds.
4. 1 pass and shoot
5. No counter plan for when Lebron gets doubled every possession.
6. Not attacking Tim Duncan in the paint and try getting him into foul trouble.
7. Letting Tony Parker just do what he wants up and down the court.
8. The last gasp run just helped the Spurs headed into game 3

We will be very happy of course but it won't be the same with them not here. In '99 they were in New York if I am not mistaken.

What do you think?

"Ohh this team is too borrrring for me..." "Wahh my team lost because of the refs..."

Man..No wonder the league is doing so terrible...So-called 'fans' aren't worried about watching good basketball, they're only concerned with what to complain about next...How typical..

Is it just a cyclical thing? Was the Western Conference once the weaker of the 2?

Spurs won again to go up 2-0. The Cavs are GOD-AWFUL and the Spurs are well in their own BORING ways. The Cavs should hand the title to the Spurs in a silver platter and save us time watching garbage basketball. I can't wait for the NFL season to start.
Others might say the game got interesting in the end. Well the Spurs let them close coz the crowd were already asleep by the middle of the 2nd quarter. Get it?

I love Timmy and Tony. I love the game and the way they play.
And I love people with passion for their team.
So this does not apply to all of you.

But c'mon now, with all the finger waving and taunting...

BTW this is from a Chicagoan that witnessed MJ win 6 of 8 titles and lead a team to 72 wins.

keep it in perspective people.

If they win the Championship, it's obviously because of Robert Horry. I mean, there's no way that the Spurs would've gotten through the Suns had Robert Horry not pulled that intentional ***** move against Nash, causing 2 key Suns players (1 star) to go out into the court (Even though they didn't have bad intentions) and then get suspended.

So, if the Spurs win in the next week or so, I nominate Robert Horry as the Finals MVP. Who else is for it?

I'm a Spurs fan, but it seems to me that Larry Hughes has done nothing and at least Gibson brings some excitement to the floor.
