Maybe not by too much, maybe shorter by 4-6 inches( 10-15 cm ) will do, and no it wouldnt make the game tougher for shorter people( as some people think ). IN FACT, it would make it easier as shorter people can reach nearer to the rim(or dunk) and tall people cant block near the rim( due to goaltending rules )... So this game wouldnt be too height bias... I personally think that the 10 ft( 305 cm ) rim is too high... What are your opinions?

He was so awesome last year, but this year he hasn't been playing that great and isn't dominating his opponents. Is he already getting old?

Herb Sendek I believe was one of the better coaches at NC State. He took the pack to 5 consecutive NCAA tournaments. He is way better than sydney lowe. The only reason Sydney Lowe is doing "ok" right now is because of the players that Herb recruited for them. Brandon Costner, Courtney Fells, Engin Atsur, Mcauly....all of those players are star athletes and were recruited by Herb... And who did sydney recruit?? NOT ****.....Well tell me your opinions.

theres malone, bird, mchale, duncan, garnett, and a couple of others

i have to go with duncan. the things you need from a power forward are a dominating inside game on offense, intimidating defense and shotblocking, and rebounds. this includes field goal %. these are the necessities. some bonuses are outside shooting, passing, free throws, and steals. duncan has a dominating inside game, great defense, a great rebound game, and even good passing and jump shots. bird was a GREAT passer and shooter, but i dont like his lack of shotblocking. garnett, malone, and duncan are the top three. they have similar stats, except malone wasnt much of a shotblocker. also, malone didnt have any rings, and john stockton probably made him who he is. that leaves garnett and duncan. i have to take the 2 time mvp, 3 time champion and finals mvp. hes been all nba and all nba defesnive team every year of his career. what do you think?

As reported in ESPN, John Amaechi becomes the first ex-player from the NBA to openly admit he is gay.

"Amaechi become the sixth professional male athlete from one of the four major American sports (NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL) to publicly discuss his homosexuality," reported Bill Sheridan of ESPN.com

"Martina Navratilova, perhaps the most famous openly gay athlete in the world, praised Amaechi's decision and said it's imperative for athletes to come out because of what she called an epidemic of suicides among young lesbians and gays," Sheridan wrote.

But ESPN The Magazine's LZ Granderson is mentioned to be not impressed until an active player does so.

Not a person with a great college game but one you think could dominate at the next level, not just compete. Only one comes to mind K.D. the BIG 12 Killer of record books.

I have basketball scholarship offers from schools across the country,
but since I'm from New York I'd like to play as much games as possible in NY.
I did some research and the Big East came out to be the only conference to hold its tournaments in New York so if you know of any other schools in other conferences that play a lot of games in the big apple please let me know.

Thanks.
