Gerald Green without a doubt!!!! The first time I saw this guy was at the McDonalds All-American game and he was ridiculous. I can't remember if he won the slam dunk contest during the event or not, but he had some crazy dunks. I will bet the house that he will win this years dunk contest.

Dwight Howard - It's tough for a big man to win these things, a couple years ago, Amare Stoudamire was sick, but they didn't give it to him.

Tyrus Thomas - He's there for the money. The fans will boo him and the judges won't respect him. He would have to bungee jump from the rafters just to get a decent score. (Hmm... that would be cool)

Nate Robinson - As long as they give him 37 chances to make a dunk like they did last year, he may have a shot because everyone likes to see little people dunk.

Yall ppl dont know what your talking about!!!
James White, Lebron James, and D-wade arent even in the slam dunk contest. The ppl that are in it are:Nate Robinson, Gerald Green, Dwight Howard and Tyrus Thomas.

I think either Gerald Green or Nate Robinson will win it.

Gerald Green or Dwight Howard

1. James White wasn't traded, he was cut at the beginning of the season
2. He isn't even in it!
3. LeBron isn't in it
4. Neither is Dwyane
5. Nate isn't winning it again...the judges actually know how to dunk and win a dunk contest *cough*[Kenny Smith]*cough*
6. Gerald and Howard own!

First of all, I just want you to remind these important dates in the NBA All-Star Weekend in Las Vegas this 2007:

February 16 (Friday): T-Mobile Rookie Challenge and Youth Jam.

February 17 (Saturday): Haier Shooting Stars, PlayStation Skills Challenge, Foot Locker, Three-Point Shootout, and Sprite Slam Dunk.

February 18 (Sunday): 56th NBA All-Star Game

I think New York’s Nate Robinson will defend his crown in the 2007 Sprite Slam Dunk competition to be held on NBA All-Star Saturday Night presented by EA SPORTS™, Feb. 17 at Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. Robinson will compete against three first-time entrants – Boston's Gerald Green, who is an alumnus of the NBA Development League, Orlando’s Dwight Howard and Chicago’s Tyrus Thomas – for this year's title.

I'll say Gerald Green. Nate Robinson won't do as well with a time limit. Even though he said he'd only ever do it one time, I'd like to see Andre Iguodala participate again. I thought he got robbed last year.
