Believe it or not, I think the MVP race between those two are very close. Right now, I give the nod to Nash, because his team has the better record. But then again, the Suns are only 4-10 against teams with winning records in the west. It's very close, but for now, Nash is the MVP with Kobe a very, very close second and Dirk in third.

damit I AM SO PISSED off at this topic i've been pissed for quite a while

Nash dOES NOT deserve MVP last season nor the season before

2004-2005 - Shaq shouda been MVP
2005-2006- LeBron or Kobe shoulda been MVP
2006-2007- I'm afraid that this is the only YEAR where I think NASH ACTUALLY DESERVES THE DAMN MVP.
The other candidate CLOSEST TO Nash is Dirk Nowitski. Kobe comes third. if Kobe wants to win the MVP. he better have his damn team at least 50 + wins. because there is no way in hell that Kobe can win the MVP since the Phoenix Suns are obviously goin to win the division unless the lakers suddenly reach greatness in a short period of time, which in reality , will never occur.

I think Nash will win again, mainly because he makes everyone around him a better player, of course i agree Kobe can dominate a game, but no one can bring a team together like Nash. I also think the strongest opposition will come from Nowitzki because of the way Dallas's playing this season, but i say the MVP voting will end with Nash at first, Nowitzki a close second, Bryant third and Arenas a distant 4th.

Kobe has brought the Lakers back to the playoffs at this moment but Nash has been leading the dominant Sins and I don't see how you can't vote for Nash for MVP.

I think since stoudamire came back and started to play well again, Nash hasn't had the same load as he had the last couple of years.

Kobe has decided to forgo his stats for teamwork.

If the only choices are Nash or Kobe, I'd pick Kobe.

I wonder how good Mr. Nash would be if he and Kobe switched places? What record would his team have? Remember, he left Dallas and then they beat Phoenix in the conference finals.
