i see another dumb a s s said to you ankle weights. why wear something on your ankles that are going to add pressure to it. it will mess you up. if you are serious, buy Strength shoes. plenty on EBAY< but you have to do the exercises and in 3 months you might be dunking. maybe 4. or try=== 3 times a week, 5 sets, resting 30 secs, for the folling. sprints of 75 yards, not full speed power skip power slides (each way) run backwards. jump in place knees to chest, 15 seconds Power jump, 40 yards. find a bench or something about 1 1/2 ft high jump up and down about 10 times, then rest. jumpr rope for 1 min-- 5 times. 30 sec rest.... do about 6 of these things.... i like the power skips. i jump off one leg and touch the rim. i am 5 ft 9, and used to dunk. later

no way thats way too short
its good as it is
it wud help taller players beat
shorter players like nothing
so what is the point of lowerin the hoops
its perfect the way it is
yea short players has a better chance of dunking
but its going to be way easier for tall players
to dunk and lay-up

Yeah I say bring it down to about 5 feet so my 5 year old can have a shot at dunking on it.
While we're at it can we shorten the Marathon to about 5 miles so everyone can be able to run it.

Are you kidding?!!? The high jumpers wouldn't get an advantage anymore. No one wants to see a dunk on every play.
