I've always found that CBS Sportsline keeps the most up to date list. It's updated daily with good information.

NBA.COM then go to injured players or go to NBA.COM then choose a team and go to injured players list

yahoo sports..nba..injuries.. generally fantasy sports have the best info on injuries..with exact details..nba sites generally just list the injury...
