1) The stadium is too small.
2) You don't need cheerleaders to win there.
3) Some schools actually believe in playing basketball, not dazzling the crowd with fancy distractions.
4) The Cameron crazies holler so loud, no one would hear the girls anyway.
5) The players end up getting bruised and beaten, imagine what would happen to the cheerleaders.
6) Did I mention you don't need cheerleaders to beat Duke?
PS truthistold, I was going to bring that up, but I was afraid it would be crass. But since you opened the door, here goes...
7) Last time some guys at Duke put the moves on a pretty girl, well, we all know how well that went...

Because then co-eds at Duke would never get laid again, for Duke fans would finally see what real women look like.
