I mean come on, Dwight Howard...Gerald Green...that sucks. Why isn't there a dunk contest wih Josh Smith, J-Rich, Vince Carter, and LeBron? That would be GREAT.

I hope he does well because he is the only Warrior being represented at the All-Star weekend....oh and I have another question, have the rookie teams and sophomore teams practiced with each other? Like you know, the teammates will get to know their other teammates style of gameplay..

They rested Shaq for the first half of the season. I think he should hit his prime game shape for the playoffs. Is that enough for a run at the championship, they may still make a trade to make them even better. Will they make a run at it?

Okay...thanks for the responses on the question I had posted earlier. Someone mentioned using a different type of material for the court...soomething similiar to the rubber type that's used on outdoor tracks I think. Can anyone help with this as to what its called or where I can get info on it.

At the beginning of February general consensus among sportswriters was that Phil Jackson should be coach of the year, based on the Lakers unexpected performance. But as of now, the Lakers have lost 11 of their last 15 games. Does this change who should get the award?
I'm a Rockets (and thus Van Gundy) fan, but I think I'd have to give it to either Sam Mitchell of the Raptors, or Jerry Sloan of the Jazz. What about you?

I still watch, hoping for some creativity and excitement, but seeing Nate Robinson win last year after attempting a dunk 13/14 times before actually making it is so disheartening.

Dwyane Wade has the TORCH.... He's the newly crowned KING of the NBA & the world's best player...... After last years finals Shaq passed the TORCH(Finals MVP) to Dwyane Wade!....Yeah, the moment Shaq passed that finals mvp award is the moment when the torch got passed. It's D-Wade's ERA & he's the new KING!!!!...and after the finals he'a accomplished things that greats like Magic or Bird haven't.....Achieving Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year..if you discredit that or not, that's still huge....because only five nba players that ever played can say they achieved that..
DWYANE WADE HAS THE TORCH!!!!!
