We have this basketball schedule that the basketball coach gave me, and we have weight room after school Tuesdays and Thursdays. They have alot of workout things, like free weights, leg press, bench press and plenty of other things. What my question is, is what kind of workouts should i do to make me quicker and faster before basketball season starts?

I think the rule is a little biased. How can you join the Army and die at 18 but you can't join the NBA? You can be an actor at 18 but a black athlete can't join the NBA like he can't make a decision for himself without someone telling him what to do. What if you get injured as a freshman and it effects you money. It's not fair.

the fight, but to my surprise everyone else stood by watching. I told them, "you're just going to watch" and they replied yes because they're not family or nothing. Tell me what you guys would do in a case were you're trying to stop a fight, do let them fight or do you stop them. If they got to swinging I was going to going to get out of the way.

I ordered by "early bird" discount a month before the season starts. I was told it comes with NBATV. But when I turn to the channels, nothing's on there. Someone said the program starts on Oct. 30, which is the day regular season starts. Does that mean I won't be able to see presea games?
